We had the chance to attend Stanford’s BASES Product Showcase this week and check out all the amazing products. For those of you who are not familiar with the Business Association for Stanford’s Entrepreneurial Students, it is one of the largest student entrepreneurship groups in the world. And BASES competition did not disappoint.
We saw projects ranging from automated venipuncture to electronic longboards, and that was just the tip of the iceberg. Each team exhibited a demo-version of their product, and we chose our projects before the judges decided on the winners. We were pretty on point as two of the 5 projects we profiled were winners. Not too bad on our part — we could have been judges. (Maybe next year.)
