AOL CEO Tim Armstrong Speaks At Media And Technology Conference

Next week, we have an Internet legend on stage in New York, and I’m particularly excited because it’s one I’ve never interviewed in all my years covering the industry: Steve Case.

Get your tickets here now: They will sell out.

For those who have been in a coma since the Internet’s inception, Case was the founder of AOL and mastermind of one of the most notorious mergers of all time: The $164 billion deal that was AOL TimeWarner. (And we freak out about Whatsapp’s price…)

Rather than riding off into the late 1990s sunset, Case reinvented himself post-AOL with an investment arm called Revolution and an active role in Washington DC advocating for causes close to the startup world’s heart. He’s evolved into a tech world statesman, navigating between tech, finance, media, and politics with ease.

In other words: He’s a perfect PandoMonthly guest.

Hope to see you all there!
