If you’re a klutz or have kids, check out ICEdot Crash Sensor, a new device and app for bike helmets that will call emergency contacts if an accident happens. A sensor affixed to the helmet can detect an impact, which then sends data about the crash to an iPhone and automatically calls emergency contacts, providing them with a drop pin at the location of the accident. The sensor and app will cost $200, and are set to debut next year. [Source: Animal New York]
