Apple normally focuses on the actual devices in use in its advertising campaigns, but it has apparently decided to deviate from this path by enlisting Samuel L. Jackson and Zooey Deschanel to play a part in advertisements for the iPhone 4S. Like most 4S ads, these focus heavily on Siri, however the ads also play off of the personalities of the celebrities. Whether or not this will become a trend for Apple will remain to be seen.
