Twitter will be opening up shop in Brazil. The micro-blogging company hopes by making its way down south, it will be able to market Twitter more effectively to its South American user base. While Twitter’s Brazilian manager Guilherme Ribenboim acknowledges growth is slowing, the country rates only second to the U.S. in terms of number of accounts and fifth for usage.
