Think US carriers are bad? Consider the case of Solenne San Jose, the confusingly-named French woman that was told she owed her carrier,  Bouygues Telecom, around $15 quadrillion. When she called to get the right amount, she was told that the error was the computer’s fault and that there was nothing the carrier could do to help, CNET reports.  The issue has since been resolved but it helps put things in perspective: carriers everywhere are a pain to deal with.
