Social network Celly has raised $1.4 million in a round led by Oregon Angel Fund with participation from Upstart Labs, Portland Seed Fund, and angels.  The site looks to provide various social networks depending on groups emerging, such as teachers, parents, and community. The startup will use new funds to scale and increase head count. Besides funding news, the company also launched an iPhone app, allowing more users to get access to the network. [Source: Marketwire]
