The networking company will close the deal early next year with Cariden Bay, which specializes in software for planning, designing and engineering computer networks. Some of the company’s clients include Verizon and SingTel. This adds to a busy month of dealmaking for Cisco, who already made two other acquisition in just a few weeks — offering  $1.2 billion for Meraki, and $125 million for Cloupia.
