Apple has faced a minor setback in Germany today, with Florian Mueller stating that the Mannheim court has ruled that Apple’s second slide-to-unlock patent case should be stayed for the time being. The case will resume if and when the patent authorities in Germany decide that the patent should have been issued in the first place at all.
