Flash sales are wonderful things; a company gets to make some money, hotels get their rooms filled, and customers aren’t left spending an arm and a leg living in a different city for a week. EveryLodge wants to be where people look to see all of the flash sales available, and it is skirting the dedicated sites’ Terms of Service by scraping social networks and collecting data into a database for its users to peruse. Legal? Sure seems like it.
