Paul Ceglia is suing Mark Zuckerberg for 50% of his stake in the company, claiming that emails between the two of them give him the right to that portion of the company. Facebook went through Harvard’s servers and sifted through 200 emails to prove that Ceglia faked the other emails and forged a contract that he produced. His lawyers are declining to comment, probably because they’ve stopped hearing those “cha-ching” noises in the back of their head and instead want to bury their heads in the sand.
