Details of a secondary offering by Facebook continue to trickle out. Indications are that 41.35 million of the 70 million total shares offered will come from founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s personal holdings, netting the 29 year old $2.3 billion, much of which will be used to pay his taxes according to reports.
