Simfy was, essentially, Spotify for Germany before Spotify came to Germany. The service reaches millions of users across four different countries, and has access to 16 million songs, just like Spotify. The two services are similar in many ways, all the way from the catalog to the pricing tiers, but Simfy is sure that it will begin making a profit in the “double-digit millions” next quarter. That sounds like a challenge, Spotify.
