The Consumer Watchdog advocacy group has filed a formal complaint against Google, following the revelation this morning that Google has been tracking users on Mobile Safari, and enabling other websites to do the same. Obviously, Google has changed what they are doing and said it was “unintentional”. Which would be great, except Google has a track record of “unintentionally” making money from “unintentional” products, and then changing their “unintentional” practices when caught.
