Computer scientists discovered that our mobile devices may not be so safe with the Cloud as previously thought. Through customized browsers that increase the speed of loading pages, akin to Puffin Mobile Browser, hackers are able to trick cloud-based services into ‘counting words, search for text strings, and carry out other tasks… anonymously’. Cloud browsers are for the first time open computation centers that, in the wrong hands, can cause harm to anyone with a mobile device.
