Did you think you got off lucky when you weren’t named as one of the nearly 25,000 defendants that Voltage Pictures went after in that huge lawsuit back in 2010? It’s not quite so clear cut. The company is still out for blood, having just filed another lawsuit in the state of Florida to reveal the identities of another 2,500+ downloaders. All of the defendants seem to have two traits in common: they allegedly downloaded the movie in 2010, and are subscribers on Charter Communications.
