Well you don’t say! Piper Jaffray surveyed 5,600 teenagers and found that a full third of them own iPhones. Of the other two-thirds that don’t currently own Apple’s mobile, 40% say that they’re looking forward to owning one. About one-third of the teens also owned a tablet, with 70% of those owning iPads. The takeaway here–”Kids like Apple products”–isn’t exactly new, but it’s nice to have some hard numbers to back the idea up.
