Crystal Cox had the entire blogosphere at her back earlier in the year as an Oregonian judge said that her work wasn’t covered by the same shield laws as journalists. The judge has now clarified his position, stating that bloggers can be journalists, but that Cox was not behaving in a journalistic manner. After hearing of her low-handed antics (registering domains to slander opponents and then offering her services as a search engine manager), I’m inclined to agree.
