Adobe has released the latest version of its photo managing application, Lightroom, this time with a twist. The company has decided to release the Mac version of it in the Mac App Store. This not only means that it will likely become one of the top apps in the marketplace, but that Adobe is opening up to the idea of giving Apple 30 percent of its revenue stream in exchange for the distribution that the App Store provides. If this proves successful, it may end up paving the way for other Adobe applications to be sold in the Mac App Store.
