Security software maker Lookout has released its Mobile Mindset Study, and the company has confirmed what many of us know instinctively: When we don’t have our phones, we freak out. Some 73 percent of those studied feel “panicked” when they lose their phone – which 58 percent of users check at least once an hour. More data, such as how we respond to a lost phone, what we fear about losing that phone, and where mobile devices are used is available at the source.
