News International is launching a new version of their Fabulous fashion magazine. The company will launch a social version of it on Facebook as an app. It will integrate a number of new social features, including auto-sharing, integrated blogs, music sharing and a weather application. This may turn out to be a winner for NI, but currently it is looking more like a marketing tool for their print edition – a mistake in thinking for the long term.
