Techdirt has posted an interesting point: nothing scales like stupidity. They are referencing the fact that although many artists see success using alternative means like DRM-free content and The Pirate Bay, the larger studios won’t adopt the model because “it won’t scale”. While that is a fair point, Techdirt points out that the content industry should stop looking for a one-size-fits-all model, and instead look for a one-size-fits-most model, and tweak it on a case-by-case basis.
