I’ve never met The New York Times’ Nick Bilton, so I can’t state for sure whether there’s a huge red target painted on his back, but it seems to be that way lately. After penning a post on Facebook’s “real world spidey sense”, Bilton drew the attention of GigaOM’s Om Malik in a post that shows Facebook’s lack of analytical sense. Both seem to have a point; Facebook may be the king of data,  but it needs to hire someone to interpret that data, and fast.
