Canadian startup Plurk, an alternative to Twitter and FriendFeed, has raised a new round of funding from WI Harper Group and is relocating to Taipei, Taiwan. The VC firm says its minimum investment is $5 million, but a Plurk source has told The Next Web its round is not that high, although it is in the millions.
