Oracle has opened up the doors to its secret room full of legal strategy today, and it is showing what its game-plan is for proving that Google infringed Oracle’s patents and copyright in relation to Java use on Android and Chrome. It appears that Oracle is using a lot of Google’s own emails against the company, as well as claims that the company illegally profited from the infringement. Of course, that is Oracle’s side, and Google has yet to give its take on the claims, which will likely be the complete opposite of Oracle’s claims.
