AOL’s highly-unprofitable blogging network (no, not that one, yeah, that one) Patch, is planning on changing its focus and restructuring its editorial structure. The report from Jim Romensko details that the company will be reducing staff across the board and changing to “easy, quick-hitting, cookie-cutter copy”. Well, that just sounds like an excellent idea AOL! Really quality stuff you’re working on over there.
