The Chinese company Proview, which is currently in the midst of litigation with Apple over the iPad trademark, is asking for $2 billion from Apple. The company is currently looking for representation from three law firms in the United States, and will be looking for damages in the range of $2 billion. While it would be bad for Apple if they lost this battle – incredibly bad – at least investors would have less to worry about what Apple is doing with its money.
