Psystar once made a name for itself by enabling users to install OS X onto non-Apple devices. This was a breach of the End User License Agreement that all users agree to when using OS X, and so Apple forced the company to shut down a few years back. Psystar has been fighting the case in the courts ever since, but it now looks like it is out of options, as the Supreme Court has declined to follow-up on the Ninth Circuit’s rejection of Psystar’s claims. So ends Psystar.
