Wi-Fi technology pioneer Ruckus Wireless has filed plans for an initial public offering of up to $100 million in common stock. The Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company markets its Smart Wi-Fi products to broadband providers and enterprise customers, which extend the range of wireless signals and ease strain on networks. Ruckus Wireless has raised $54 million in capital from investors including Sequoia Capital, Sutter Hill, T-Ventures, WK Technology Fund and Motorola Ventures.
