A product strategy executive for Samsung Electronics came down to earth today, with the admission that Samsung is not winning in the tablet space. Well…duh. Specifically, Hankil Yoon noted that “we’re not doing very well in the tablet market”, which is probably the understatement of the day (and I’m being conservative when I say ‘day’). However, Yoon did not address Jim Dalyrymple’s question: “So, to boost sales you release a stylus?” Excellent question Jim.
