According to San Francisco, Uber’s on-demand service is creating an unfair advantage in the world of hailing cars. Attorney Gary Oswald, who is representing the taxi drivers of San Francisco, has filed a class-action lawsuit against the startup. Besides creating a competitive edge, Oswald states Uber is violating California Statutory and city regulations.
