This has changed now, as Tim Cook is emphasizing that Apple not only has donated $40 million to a Stanford hospital, but has also implemented a charitable matching program for Apple employees. However, as The Verge point outs, regardless of how much Apple gives away to charity, unless they begin to rectify their supply chain problems, they aren’t doing what really matters.
