Toshiba is creating a Lytro-esque camera for smartphones, allowing users to refocused already taken images and videos. The camera is made up of 500,000 miniature lenses that individually capture an image that is then combined into one,  resulting in a photo a user can tap to refocus. This camera technology is not expected to be seen on the market until the end of 2013. [Source: TechCrunch]
