Twitter has filed a motion in court to quash a court order that is demanding the company turn over information on one of its users. This particular court order is in relation to the Occupy Wall Street protests from the past year, involving one Malcolm Harris. This isn’t the first time that Twitter has stood up for its users in court, but it is good to see that it seems to have become the de facto policy. Altogether now in a Tron-esque voice, “I fight for the user.”
