Two early Android leaders, Tom Moss and Mike Chan, are heading to Accel Partners to be entrepreneurs in residence. Tom Moss goes to the venture capital firm after a second stint at Google in the wake of his mobility startup, 3LM, being acquired by Motorola (which was in turn acquired by Google).
