Speaking to Bloomberg today, Matt Hodges of GameStop, provided his opinion over the rumors that Microsoft may not allow users to play used games on its next Xbox. “We know the desire to purchase a next-generation console would be significantly diminished if new consoles were to prohibit playing pre-owned games, limit portability or not play new physical games,” Hodges told Bloomberg. The response comes after it was reported that Microsoft may use technology to block used games and require a constant internet connection. [Source: Bloomberg]
