Yelp, the reviews site backed by $56 million in venture capital, priced its IPO at $12 to $14 per share. The company will sell 7.5 million shares in its debut. Yelp earned $58.4 million in the first nine months of 2011 and posted a net loss of $7.6 million, according to its amended S-1 filing.
