Roger McNamee: 'What Is Google So Afraid Of?'

From The News Desk

This is good stuff.

We interviewed famed tech investor and founder of Elevation Partners Roger McNamee about where he sees technology going. And a lot of his views concern how Apple has created a haven for quality content once again -- a Web "do-over," if you will. More on that later this week.

But in addition to talking about Zynga, I had to ask what he thought of Google-founder Sergey Brin's statements yesterday that Facebook and Apple and China were killing the open Web.

We typically trim videos to around three minutes or so, but this time we just let Roger rant about "Google's very bad week." There's about ten good headlines in there.

Enjoy the seven minutes, fellow Google bears.
